We would like to extend much gratitude to the Oregon State Marine Board for funding three events in 2022 that took place on the healing waters of our magnificent state — a beautiful dazzling lake, a gorgeous jade river, and our majestic coastal waters! How grateful and fortunate we are to have these great opportunities in Southwestern Oregon! Participants will be able to enjoy fishing at Diamond Lake, where we explored the lake from a boat or the shore, scenic boat rides and hiking around the lake will round out this adventure. Camping at Thielsen View Campground and enjoying a fresh meal cooked over the campfire prepared us for the nighttime display of stars twinkling above. Ouzel Outfitters graciously provided a thrilling whitewater rafting trip down the clear and crisp waters of the Wild & Scenic North Umpqua River. On the Oregon Coast, Sunset Bay State Park was the perfect location that provided opportunities to fish for salmon, hike, search for and explore tidepools and of course, sleep under the stars with the sounds of the ocean in our ears!
